What does your business specialize in and what kind of demographic do you serve?

“I help clients with estate planning, estate administration matters, and corporate matters.

“For estate planning, I help get clarity on their estate planning wishes to ensure that they understand the consequences of their choices and how their wishes practically will be carried out if the unfortunate/inevitable happens. For estate administration matters, I help client during already difficult time to navigate the court documents and set them on the right path in their duties and responsibilities as the executor(s).

“On the corporate end, I help client to incorporate their business and help with the maintenance of their records so that they can focus on the business and not worry about missing the deadline for filing of the required government forms.”

Tell us about yourself. What first got you working in your industry? What motivates you to do the work that you do?

“I have been practicing for 12 years. I love helping clients to understand the various options available in their circumstances so that they can make an informed decision. I also love seeing clients “get comfort” in knowing that they have addressed their estate planning and their corporate planning, so they can focus on their lives and their business.”

What is your biggest accomplishment as a service provider?

” hold a TEP designation, which is a internationally recognized designation that assures clients the practitioner understands trusts and estates and has continuing education to keep on top of the various developments in the practice areas.”

What are three things clients should know about the value you provide?

“There are three main benefits:

  • Setting up a corporation properly that will allow for future tax planning opportunities without the additional cost
  • Estate planning means helping clients navigate the various decisions and ensuring that their wealth will be left to their beneficiaries and set up correctly
  • My services can be used for anyone, whether they be a person with a disability, for a minor, or for charitable giving”
